May I use SG$100 note?

• In our outlet, there is no change machine. This is to reduce our cash maintenance cost and to provide reasonable price. Kindly prepare the exact notes in advance.

Can I fix appointment with stylist?

• We apologize that we will not accept customer's request for appointment. Our stylist will perform haircut in queue order.

Can you provide children hair cut?

• For young customer, we can only perform haircut on them provided they can sit still by themselves without any adult's assistance/supervision. The main reason is customer's safety as our stylists were all trained with fast haircutting technique, it would be dangerous if the child shake or move their head unexpectedly or suddenly.

Can I know the operating hours and off days?

• Normally our outlets will open daily (except for Chinese New Year time). If our outlet is located in a shopping centre, we will follow the shopping centre's off day rule. Kindly check our web site for outlet information.

Can I know the outlet telephone number?

• There is no telephone service line in our outlet. Please use our contact web page or call our office for assistance.

What is signal (green/yellow/red) in your outlet?

• The signal shows our outlet crowdedness and waiting time situation.
  ■ Green：Immediate hair cut
  ■ Yellow：5-10 minutes waiting time
  ■ Red：15minutes and above waiting time
  Waiting time will be depending on outlet situation. Please refer to the signal for estimated waiting time.

Can companion wait inside the outlet or sit on the waiting seat?

• We apologize that companions are not allowed to wait inside the outlet. This is due to space constraints and the need of ample moving space for our stylist to perform the haircut within our business concept of 10 minutes haircut. Most importantly it is also to maintain an orderly queue system so that no queue cutting or confusion would occur/arise.
